To reach the entrance, you can Waze or Google Map and search for Kem Alang Sedayu or Jungle Lodge Alang Sedayu.
We tried searching Pisang Waterfall on our first attempt, apparently Waze brought us to an entrance along the Karak highway. Yes, you will have to pay the Karak Highway toll to get there. As we do not really see any route into the fall, we turned back to the town and enter from the Kem Alang Sedayu entrance.
*the entrance - parking space is limited or I shall say, no adequate parking lot*
*RM1 was collected per head*
It was advised for first-timer here to do some research before starting the hike. Though it is an easy trail, there is possibility that we might get lost here.
We've met a bunch of youngster on our way out who were lost in the woods for almost 2 hours, and yet to find the route to the waterfall.
The hike was rather easy, and it took us around an hour to reach the waterfall.
*the starting route - all the way down to the river*
*the river*
*the water pump house*
*extend of the river, and Karak Highway is just above!!*
*guess what, the Karak highway is on our left!!*
*First check point - the twin tunnel*
*we can barely see anything from the entrance of the tunnel to the end of it*
*the 3 jokers. LOL*
*Second checkpoint should be a big big tree, but we saw this instead*
*Third checkpoint - the split rock*
*Final checkpoint - the waterfall!!*
*stacked stone*
Summary of this hike:-
1. Relatively easy. Very minimal physical strength needed. Around one hour from starting point to waterfall.
2. Research shall be done before starting the hike to avoid lost in the woods.
3. One set of clothes to change if you intend to have fun in the water.
Till the next hike, ciaoz!!
